Martin C. Epstein
artist

Like many artists before him, Martic C. Epstein is a talented painter whose style and approach to art has developed through many years of self-discovery. As a young child, he began to draw and paint with great encourgement from his family.

As a teenager Martin's brother recognized his innate creative abilities and sent him to apprentice under the tutorage of James Cago, a painter who learned from the painter to the last great Russian Czar, Nickolas.

Upon completing his formal education, he studied at the Ringling School of Art in Sarasota, Florida, a school renown for its fine arts program.

As with most people, Martin had family and home responsibilites but he continued over the years with his own self-disciplined study of fine art, developing his own personal style, some of which can be seen on the pages of this website.

Today, after many years, Martin C. Epstein has decided to devote his entire focus to painting.

From the artist....

"Life starts with art. From birth we are artists, learning the flow of energy, feeling the expanding creativity, like an artisan well, never ending, redirected at will.

Many times people ask, what do I do; I respond that I am an artist. Often I hear the words, "we're all artists". That's true whether you do landscaping, cooking, run big corps, or being a parent. The art is in the fun of the job, of life...or both, and how we communicate with each other.

For me, enjoying the journey, is staying in the here and now. It is paramont to creating two and three dimensional art. I believe every piece done belongs to someone; bringing the two together is part of the magic.

I am here to service your imagination, through commission work which includes everything from portraits, animals, cars, homes, and wildlife all the way to the sale of my own personal visionary fusions.

I work from photos or life, but most often a combination of both. With the combined imaginations of the client and myself, we are able to create a personal finished piece. For more information, please feel free to contact me.

I only consider a piece finished when it takes you to another place, for a little while."
